From Lychees to heat, the factor behind the constant death of children in Bihar, Muzaffarpur are underlying two causes : poverty and bad governance. As per the State and Central Governement's report, Acute Encephalitis is caused not by Lychee but because of Poverty.<br /><br />चमकी बुखार की चपेट में आकर 150 से भी ज्यादा बच्चों ने अपनी जान गंवा दी है । बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर के श्रीराम अस्पताल में चमकी बुखार से लगातार होती बच्चों की मौत ने सबको झकझोर कर रख दिया है । बता दें कि राज्य और केंद्र सरकारों ने मामले में जांच में लीची नहीं बल्कि गरीबी को बच्चों की मौत का कारण पाया है ।<br /><br />#Chamkifever #Lychee #Poverty
